Mission
The mission of the Crohn�s and Colitis Foundation is to cure and prevent Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis through research, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases through education and support.

Facts and Statistics
It is estimated that as many as 1 million people are living with Crohn�s disease and ulcerative colitis.

American Jews of European descent are 4-5 times more likely to develop Crohn�s disease or ulcerative colitis.

Health Tips
Crohn�s disease is not caused by any particular diet habits, however, people with the disease may find that diet medications make coping with the disease easier.
