Combined Federal Campaign

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the time when all federal employees - including military personnel, civilian and postal employees - are able donate to a charity or charities of their choice through their workplace. Community Health Charities of Illinois would like to thank those who have generously supported our organization and its member charities through the years. We are one of the original federations to participate in the Combined Federal Campaign since its inception. Our organization and member charities have a long history of providing exceptional service and dedication to the health and well being of all Americans.

You can find us under code #5500 in your CFC donor guide.

Donors can choose to give through payroll deduction, or by check. To learn more about the benefits of giving through payroll deduction, speak to your keyworker or other campaign representative at your workplace.

When to Donate
The Combined Federal Campaign is an annual event that takes place between September 1st through December 15th. Your keyworkers - colleagues who have volunteered during the campaign - can provide you with a donor guide and a pledge form.

What Your Dollars Buy
Any amount you contribute to the CFC changes the lives of many people. It is easy to believe that only large donations make a difference, but this is not true. Every dollar donated helps our member agencies provide lifesaving cures, life-altering treatments and life-changing care. Please click here to view our giving guide to see how far your dollars can go.

Help for Campaign Executives and Keyworkers
Community Health Charities of Illinois can help campaign executives and keyworkers make their campaign event a success. Most of our members are available to speak at your event or even attend a charity fair. If you are a campaign executive or a keyworker and would like to have a CHC member to speak at one of your events, please complete the inquiry form. (Note: At least 48 hours advance notice is needed to fulfill all requests)
